Step 1: Brand Strategy Call (30 Minutes)
Before we even talk about cameras, we talk about your business. What are your Q2 and Q3 goals? Who’s your ideal client? What marketing campaigns are you planning? Where do you need content most urgently? This isn’t a sales call — it’s a strategy session to ensure every image we create has a purpose.
Step 2: Custom Shot List Creation
Based on our strategy call, I create a detailed shot list tailored to YOUR marketing needs — not a generic template. This includes specific image types (hero shots, in-action photos, detail shots, lifestyle images), locations, outfit recommendations, and how each image will be used in your marketing.
Step 3: Pre-Session Planning
You’ll receive a comprehensive style guide covering what to wear, how to prepare, what to bring, and what to expect. I handle all location scouting and logistics in Austin. Your job is simple: show up ready to be yourself. I’ll handle the rest.
Step 4: The Brand Photography Session
Sessions are 2-4 hours depending on your package. We’ll shoot at multiple Austin locations with multiple outfits. I direct everything — poses, expressions, movement — so you never have to guess what to do. Most clients tell me this is way less awkward than they expected because I’m coaching you through every moment.
Step 5: Professional Editing & Delivery
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive your complete gallery: 60-100+ professionally edited, high-resolution images ready for immediate use. Every image is edited for color, lighting, and light retouching. Files are delivered via online gallery with easy download and sharing options.
Step 6: Ongoing Content Partnership (Optional)
